Great service but a little slow due to the volume of people. Sometimes I find that baristas get a little confused about the difference between latte and cappuccino. However, generally good coffee bar.

What is going on? All of the staffs didn 't know the recipe for drinks, had to remake three times and that third time is done by me telling the barristar how and what to put in the drinks.Slow service. Can 't tell the differences between sizes of cups. Ordered trenta, and got me grande twice and got me venti but I gave up on correcting her as there were 8 other customers waiting more than 15 minutes for their drinks at the time.

The barista horrible her name is Amoosh and it is so rude with a everybody . The worst service ever !

Sadly this Starbucks is not the usual golden standard Starbucks. They won’t give out free water. Instead if you want water, just buy their overpriced bottler water. Service is slow, prices are higher because they claimed to be in an airport and staff is so rude. Avoid at all costs.

First time ever I have seen this partiality in Starbucks.While we all people are waiting for coffee, these Starbucks employees are serving coffee to some blue T-shirt (Airport employees) first who were 2nd last in the line up and came after 5 mins of us while we 7 of us were waiting for our drinks.This is ridiculous and very poor service.

They’re out of a lot of items and slow. We waited over 25 minutes for a wrap.

Be prepared to wait over 20 mins for a coffee. Staff is out to lunch. Manger/ owner whoever is running this facility need to seriously do better training. Employees are more preoccupied talking about their personal lives then actually attending to customers.

The Asian-Indian looking woman who prepared my coffee was calling other customers' names as she finished preparing their orders except for mine, she just placed it there and about 3 customers read the name just to know who it was for. No one took it that had me assume it was mine, and it was! I ordered a medium but it felt like it was only half full so I added a little bit of liquid cream and some sweetener. Before leaving, I told another lady store clerk that my cup was just half-full as a feedback, but the former interrupted by saying Cappucino was supposed to be half foam. Really?! It's not like it's my first time to buy coffee from Starbucks! And, I wanted coffee not foam. That woman is just pathetic, slow and poor customer service!
