great staff, very friendly, and they work hard. it is very crowded / long lines at peak times, which means that it is a waiting time. yet they work as a team to move dinge quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, they can no longer add workers to these layers (if they do not renovate) because it is simply not enough space for more people to fit into the room; as it is, I'm sure they don't get into the other way. my main complaint about this place, however, is that it is very difficult to sit and chat or do work because it is always cold and the music is much too loud, with a booming bass not exactly the comfortable, cozy coffee house atmosphere that I usually experience with dieucks.

I should have got their names, but the woman who worked the register this morning was kind and they can say that she really cares about her customers.

I can't complain about what I ordered so far. love comes to this place

Person working the window was warm and inviting and friendly.

I came through the drive-through about two weeks ago after having a very emotional situation with my son who has autism. It was one of those times where the crying just couldn’t stop no matter how much I tried to hold the tears back. The woman at the drive-through window bought me my items and both she and another staff member took time out to tell me that it was going to be OK. I’m actually getting a little emotional writing this. I just wanted them to know how much I appreciated what they did And how much gratitude I have for people who take a moment out of their day to try and help a stranger.
