they did a decent job, they were polite, they created an experience that was quite painless and expedit. Dieucks still has a light taste, but this one gets my seal of mediocrity. nothing bad, but nothing great. the job is done.
that is often happening at this place, they go through the driveway and they are stuck because they are not back up there is no place to go so they have to sit and wait today I waited for 43 minutes in the driveway I go through to the window no apology nothing I said to the person, this should be a free drink for me sitting here for 43 minutes, he started screaming at, said everyone should sit in I should wait. poor management!
What a service WOW so how is it that Starbucks don't have ice. First they take our order and then they tell us if we want any other drink instead because they don't have enough of ice. It's 80°F outside. Why take the order? Oh and we did wait for our drinks for 5 minutes then they decided to tell us. wow
Terrible experience yesterday, I ordered two pink drinks and a egg white. They had the drinks prepare but not the eggs, my husband waited inside for 15 minutes just to be helped. When he talked to this employee, she just instantly cut him off and did nothing about so I decide to went in since my husband have self esteem issues. Anyways , they told me they didint even placed the egg in the cooker for a while, also they forgot to put raspberrie syrup on one of the drink too, I am very understanding because we used to work food service ourself but what they did is unacceptable
Very rude staff. Woman at the cashier with gray white hair was disrespectful and condescending to every customer I saw her assist. I get that the world is short staffed and it's always busy and there's supply chain issues but you should never talk to customers (OR OTHER WORKERS) with that kind of tone.
No problem with customer service at all but man. It shouldnt take 25-30 minutes to get a drink in the drive thru.
