the renovation has made them very fast, how busy it is and the staff is always friendly. there are no seats, as it focuses on pick-up / running gear thru orders. the drive thru is much improved, but still a little tricky with how the parking is shaped.

I spilled my coffee twice, all over the table and on the floor. then I had to ask her to make another complicated drink. You know, because I spilled the first one. it was pretty crowded. they were very understanding and tried not to make me feel stupid, because I'm bleeding.

This location is notorious for being outrageously packed, both inside and at the drive-thru. I believe they’re currently reworking the drive-thru lane to be less jammed during peak times (so as to prevent backups along the parking lot and far down the street), but I’m not sure the efficacy of their renovation (and who knows when it’ll be finished). Since this outpost is right by the bypass and close to most student housing, its popularity can be explained simply…students love it! At least I’ve found the service to usually be friendly and the interior to be clean enough. It’s not a perfect Starbucks, but is there such a thing?
I haven't ever felt so loved at a Starbucks until everyone here was helping me nail down a drink that was recommended to me. A drink that's not on the menu and because i used stars they couldn't find out what the drink was. it's a favorite of a Starbucks employee who was helping this store out one day. This person who recommended this drink doesn't work at this store. Everyone at this location here, helped make my experience stellar. By finding out what the drink was and it made my day. I highly commend all the workers at this store. Thank you again for helping me. Nick was very thoughtful and a blessing to help me and everyone else who helped and made the drink too. The drink is on point and I'm so happy to have it again.
Store and service was good. This is a busy place though and it sucks the store is so small and you can't sit inside and drink your coffee with a friend
Just a heads up- this location was recently renovated and there is no inside seating.
