they always make my coffee wrong here. it never tastes good when I place the same order at all others, or they get visible dinge wrong (I ask for light ice, I get zero ice, and the drink is actually warm. I'm not coming back.

really big ice chocolate caramel coffee, and so a fun person at the window too! do not let them worry about the current nearby construction. they are open!

I'm a Starbucks partner, and the past couple times I've come to this location while ordering in store partners would forget about my coffee order. Today for the second time I went in store and ordered a frappechino, two breakfast sandwiches and a dark roast coffee with some cream and toffee nut. Just like the last time, I received all my items but not my dark roast. I waited and waited until the employees finally asked what I was still waiting on. When you work at Starbucks the partner who takes the orders up front in store, is responsible for grabbing any brewed coffee orders. Because the stickers don't print out on the cafe bar where all in store orders and mobile orders are made. Maybe some partners just don't know this but it's very frustrating as the brewed coffee is the easiest thing to make and usually the first drink out when you order multiple items. The partner did however still apologize for the wait.

Coffee is always good however I feel, my opinion, that it's slow to make a drink. I don't customize or get the newest concept drinks. More simple, but the urgency for indoor door patrons is lacking.

Absolute worst service of any Starbucks. Beyond frustrating, beyond infuriating that they mess up so often on orders, and beyond comprehensible how the phone lines are either always down or the staff’s utter refusal to answer. Don’t risk it, go down the road to the other Starbucks. You’ll regret this choice 9 times out of 10.

They do not know the difference between white chocolate and milk chocolate. If you order a white chocolate anything, be prepared to get something else. I ordered a peppermint white mocha and it tastes like they gave me milk chocolate and trace amounts of peppermint. I didn't realize it until I got to work because I was running late due to it taking 9 MINUTES to get my drink after ordering. I tried calling them to see if I can come back another day and get the CORRECT drink free of charge and their F ING PHONES DON'T WORK! I don't have time to leave work and drive across Eden Prairie to let them know about their mistake. If I come back a different day, they probably won't do anything about it. If you want what you ordered, go to a different location.
