this place confuse always my orders up and/or have never done to make simple drinks. (ex. medical ball) the drive-thru lines are always long it is really frustrating stop here before work and can not even get a drink

I was just at this place and ordered an icy vanilla latte. when I ordered the same yesterday, there was caramel in him, so today, when I saw the caramel as I pointed out. the girl on the drive through said that it did not caramel and that who made it said that they did not set caramel, even if it drops down the sides. as I tried and of course it was caramel, but they refused to make my drink, although it was wrong 2 days in order. also extremely rude
I wanted to redeem my birthday drink. After I sat in the extremely long drive thru line, I was told that my rewards were not loaded into my account. I have been a loyal reward customer since 2013. the manager came up and did not even try to overwrite the apparent system error.
nothing with sugar coffee, my children like it. as usual the drive thru was a very similar experience as all the others dieucks. it went well and I got what I wanted. reliable franchise, yay! food: 3/5
These people were so so sweet. I accidentally placed my order at the mall location and they happily made it there when I asked about my drink. They even gave me a reusable holiday cup and were overall attentive and kind. All were wearing smiles and the vibes were all warm and friendly. I’ll be back for sure
I always have the most exceptional service from Noah in the drive thru! He not only recommends replacements when they’re out of my favorites but he’s pleasant and genuinely just makes my morning better! We need more Noah’s He’s awesome consistently!!!!
I paid for extra crumbles on my frappe and didn 't get any at all but was charged for it. Prices are too high not to be getting what we paid for.
I stop at this location at least once a week and I always experience great service whether I go inside or use the drive-thru. On the mornings I use the drive-thru, Titus is usually working and is always so cheerful and nice! He has a great attitude and goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need before I pull off. The lines can be long at times but this team works hard to make sure you are in and out quickly.
