Our server was GREAT! Upbeat and friendly, even extra lemons. I bought dinner for 3 and it was just $18! This included a chocolateshake. We're coming back
Great alternative to Fast Food Burger. This is just a reliable ol? fashionable hamburger, with crispy edges on a soft bungalow. Extras like you like. Service here was friendly. Always a little nostalgic feeling to eat in a SNS as these reliable restaurants were during the trip. They only knew what you wanted, no matter what you ordered, and they were always clean. Nothing imagination, but a good warm meal safe if you stick with the basics, although they make a good patty melt.
Not great. We order and wait 10-15 minutes for drinks. Food lasted 35 minutes. Our waitress never came back to ask if we need anything. At the end of my meal I had to finish my meal with my mothers water, as we were never asked if refills on drinks were necessary. Ketchup bottle was empty. I had to fly another waitress to get a new one. We wanted to shake. At first, my son caught her with his Shake request, then my daughter then even every request the waitress brought a new bill.. Instead of holding to the table on the first request and asking if someone else wants to order something she just brought us past. The food was great. The service was very disappointing.
This place does a great job of getting people in and out while serving up good food at a decent price. Clean restaurant and friendly crew. Food prepared well and comes out hot and fast cooked to order. Breakfast served all day at this location. It is a very busy location so may be a wait from time to time.
My family and I visit this place for the first time and we simply loved it!! It's a fast food chain with drive thru but the dine in you get to be serve at the table! The burgers are fresh it looks like a real ground beef homemade style!! The shakes are amazing! Thick and the whipped cream I can tell isn't from a can! I am definitely don't going back to others burgers fast food chain!!!

Great food. 4 stars because everytime we go the service is always weird or bad. Food is always great though so I will keep coming back and just hope for better service....
