Steak 'n Shake

eating was on site and there is nothing wrong with the service based on what it should be today. but I feel like it took too long to order seven people when we have to do it ourselves and I feel somehow like steak and shake is lost some of him is irritating, as she is not a waitress or someone to take her order as she used to. there was no energy here. everything went smooth, but I feel more than when I eat in a cafeteria than a restaurant.

the food was good. my only grip is that they have to lower the prices of their drinks. great service.

Wow!! Just like it was in the beginning with exceptionally good food!! Dining room is open, is clean, neat, and owners are super nice people. Try it now and be happily surprised!!

The worst experience in the whole world. We waited 50 minutes just to get our food and get out. Burgers were buttered when we didn’t want that. Horrible service. I had to go back to get a shake because it just didn’t go through the system apparently, their were some nice ladies working there though.

The staff is limited but the service was excellent ? thanks to the management help people one on one i love love love it .... i almost walked out when i walked in but he stop me and ask could he help me with anything. I said i had 20 bucks to feed 3 he said follow me. My meal was under 20 and we was full thanks ? again... you're awesome ?

The update makes steak n shake feel way more modern and approachable. Would recommend eating in. I like it better than having a waiter that could be slow. Food was good as always
