havent been to.maui for 4 years (went dozens of times over 20 years).NOW i see ...and they redesigned it ,ahh what a loss....Robbys board and sail ? where'd it go?? but i guess if the beer is wet the food is hot ,ill still go.

Asked the waiter if I could sit at the bar she just turned her back on me and waved her hand. Not the best experience. I suppose if most of your customers are probably not coming back you can treat them any way you like.
Understaffed big time and you have to order through a QR code. You can't select to go and they are really rude if you don't use the right QR code. Really d Food is mediocre airport crap so that doesn't matter. I didn't like the experience at all. Sounds good on paper, but it makes for a lousy experience when you can't speak to a person.
My server “Summer” or someone else at the restaurant charged my credit card for more than what I signed for. Theft! Make sure to check your credit card statement for fraudulent charges from this place!
Horrible service! Never again!! If you have 7 hours to burn... might be worth it! The lady at the counter touched me!
Food was good and the service was also . I'm not I love with scanning QR codes to look at menus but thank u democrats .
My husband and I spent 2 days here because of flight delays and cancellations. The staff went above and beyond to help us get up-to-date info on our flights. The food was delicious, the staff sweet and friendly. Summer (our bartender) was a joy to talk to as we killed time waiting to finally leave. We will always stop here from now on.
One server working her tail off. She was kind. Pizza was $20 for this 10” sadness. I’m their defense I ordered it without cheese and I like the cracker crust but it is sad for $20
