We were visting from out of town and staying at a hotel closeby. We found this restaurant on Yelp. We made a reservation for (online via OpenTable). Upon arrival at the restaurant, we noted that the parking lot was empty, which we thought was odd for a Friday night, but thought maybe people get started later around those parts. When we entered the restaurant, a young lady at the front greeted us. The older gentleman next to her, looked us over for a moment and then asked if we had a reservation. I took this hisitancy as him judging our appearance. We were dressed in Jeans, blouses and nice boots, which should have been acceptable. I can't think of any other reason for him to hesitate, since the restaurant was completely empty, save a couple of employees standing near the bar. I told him that we had a reservation and he looked confused, checked the computer and then led us to our seat. After that, we were seated. Our server was very nice! He brought bread for the table with garlic butter. Delicious! I ordered a red Sangria to drink. The others ordered Coke. My Sangria was mediocre. The bottom of the drink was wine and sweet and the top half was pure club soda. The glass was Not worth the price, for the quality. Club soda isn't an ingredient in authentic Sangria. All three of us ordered Filet Mignon. We also ordered the Saffron Risotto and Creamy Polenta for the table. The risotto was amazing! The polenta was very good, paled in comparison to the Risotto. The steak was good and cooked to our specific temperatures. In my opinion, it needed more seasoning. A little olive oil and salt would have helped. Two in my party split the Panna Cotta for dessert and enjoyed it very much. I would rate my visit I don't recommend the Sangria and the gentleman at the front could humble himself. I'm not sure what his hang-up was, but when your restaurant is empty, you don't turn away customers
