I frequent this Subway for lunch, as it is close to my job. I always order the same sandwich. I asked for the veggies to be lettuce, spinach, tomato, pickle and onion. When I got back to work and opened my sandwich, I had lettuce, pickle, and about a half a container of black olives on my sandwich. When I called to let them know, I was told the only way to get a replacement was to bring the sandwich back for them to remake it. I was already back at work so there was no way I could go back down there to have them do that. I personally think that is a horrible way to run a business. It is not my fault whatsoever that my sandwich was improperly made. I would have been happy with them offering me a free sandwich or at least my money back. I paid $10 for a sandwich I just threw away. I will NEVER go back to this subway again. The customer service I experienced here today was the worse I've had from any subway. Do better!
