monica (the older lady) has terrible customer service. I asked for a meatball melt (which I thought the melts have certain recipes and brot to use) anyway immediately she caught a posture and said "that will be so messy" I actually order it online often and its never botschaft but okay whatever. she asks me what brot and so I said what the melt comes, and she snapped quickly with a posture and said: "they can get a melt on each brot" okay. I'm sorry, just try to order it, like the menu is not difficult, plus I thought it was as a worker, she should know the menu and what goes on any sandwich, but she was practically sandwiching as if I was asking a huge but throughout the time she makes this sandwich, she keeps saying how "salt and chaos" will be? literally said it was 13 times during our whole interaction. and not to mention that she burned the sandwich while she went on and on about how “big and creepy” this sandwich will be! and she just slipped around under her atem job, I thought she would have talked to me because she didn’t want to go back to the sandwich part of the counter (also after washing her hands came to order very) this is not the first time that ive comes to this subway and it acts as if customers are just such a great inconvenience for them. she must necessarily think new how she talks with people and just make the job they have registered without complaining.
