They do not wash their hands when they began to wait for the next customer after taking money. We went out and won't return.

It's really a waste. Sometimes the service is okay. Sometimes the workers act as if your presence in the shop is a great inconvenience. Also, I would not send online or app orders to this store. I ordered a sub on the other day and although I was notified, it was ready when I came to the store, they told me they didn't have it because they were made of white bread. They offered to make wheat I rejected. Then I had to wait for them to be done with the people before I could get my refund. That's a bit of my lunch.

I went to the subway tonight before 10, and while the open sign was on, and she refused to wait for me. I had a simple sandwich job. They are not closed when the open sign is still on and it is before the end of time. Not satisfied with this experience at all. I always come at 9-10 and I've never been treated like that. I haven't seen this girl yet, maybe she's new, I don't know, but I'm not sure if or when I'll come back. It is already expensive for sandwiches, so bad customer service has no place if you want to keep customers.

Me and my husband went into eat at about 2:30 this afternoon and we was served by a lady named Wanda. She was the best. Service was great atmosphere was great. The tea was fresh and so was the bread. All and out the best experience I've had at this store in years. Thank you Wanda ??.
