Nyla and Caleb were two of the most friendly people we met in the food industry since the move to the south. I don't know if they have recently rebuilt, but this is one of 4 within 5-10 minutes from my house and by far the most beautiful. The breads seem to be better than in the other places.

Rude service. They accepted my coupon. Yay! Sandwich was good, though they put less meat on them lately.
Placed an online order. Arrived on time given by Subway (20 minutes after placing order). Waited an additional 20 minutes before ever receiving order. Multiple walk in customers were served while I waited. If walk ins are given preference, then why have an online order app??..... will never use app again!! Cost me my whole lunch time waiting.
We decided to try the same Subway location (111 Northshore Dr in Slidell) again just now. I ordered and paid online. Minutes after my order, a Subway employee called my phone to let me know that I will have to call my credit card to cancel the transaction because she just got there and no meatballs are ready..... What? So, she then said that if i really want my order, I will have to wait 45 additional minutes. Very odd. Last month, we ordered curbside online. When we arrived to pick up, we were told that someone walked in and jacked our sandwiches... they had to make them over again.
Worse experience for Subway! Was not consistent with typical Subway freshness. Server made a mess of all three sandwiches he made, not to mention he had zero personality-think he hated his job, not sure. Will never go to this one again. May stop Subway all together-they aren’t consistent.
Today was the worst!!!! I love going to this subway, but today I was highly disappointed. My sandwich was so disgusting I bit right into a gross amt of mayo and mustard I wanted to throw up!!! I never had an issue before today, what a waste of money. You need to get it together!
