Subway

I am a regular customer here and I often command. eating is always great. but it's not like that. there is a hired person who is very bad for this load. she's extremely rude when I look there. I don't even try when she works because she's just been rat. she shakes her head when she order a fresh melt and slams products. I usually look at these things, but every time I get in there, it's just rude and doesn't even want to go into the load when I work them. before visiting a few she said and I quote if they had to do them, they wouldn't order them, I'm sorry. If you don't like your job, you might find another one. I run a restaurant and would not deal with such a behavior. to all the lektüre head to subway and donna ask them to make a fresh melt. her vibes will put her for the day! lol

The heavy set girl had way too much attitude

Staff was very rude and not personable at all. Very uninterested in being there, working or caring about the customers. No cheese on either salad and none even offered. Clean restaurant and good food minus not having the cheese on it.

The heavier set girl making the sandwiches always messes up my order. I ALWAYS ask for less mayo and less mustard bc I don't want too much. She lathers the sandwich in them both so much so that it oozes out the side of it and the can't taste anything other than mustard. Then one day I came up at 8:25PM and they close at 9 and she had started putting everything away for the night and she huffed and puffed about making my sandwich rolling her eyes and slamming containers on the counter then she walked over to turn the open sign off. She is so rude. Don't recommend this Subway at all. Won't be back if she's there...

This was a great Subway to stop at on our way back from St. Louis. Very nice employees. It was also quick service. Respectable employees and the restaurant was clean.

We work near this subway and frequent the location. Today, a co worker went to get a few sandwiches and when she said that she needed to pay separately, the manager Rosa ROLLED HER EYES! I had ordered a 6 roasted chicken with lettuce, pickles and mayo. When she brought them back, low and behold, there was no chicken at all on my sandwich. I called the store and Rosa, the manager stated that she knows that she put chicken on the sandwich. I kept telling her, there is no chicken on this at all. Rosa kept repeating herself that she knows she made the sandwich correctly. I asked if she was calling me a liar and she stated again, she knows she put the chicken on the sandwich. I advised her that I would come back down and show her this sandwich and she would refund me my money. I took the co worker who picked up the sandwiches with me. Upon arrival, I gave her the sandwich at which time a SECOND employee comes up from the back. I am explaining to her that there is no chicken on the sandwich and AGAIN she kept repeating the orders to me. I said, and again, you are calling me a liar. Why would I lie about whether or not chicken is on my sandwich At which time the second employee states, My manager is a very honest person and she does not lie. We are just making the sandwiches. Customers claim this all of the time. and yells, SOMETIMES IT IS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT! WHAT?!?!?!??!?!?!?!? We have had numerous issues with this manager being rude to us and now other employees are allowed to act the same! When I asked for the second employees name, she rolled her eyes and left for the back room. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!! We work in the customer service industry and this is INSANE!!!! I understand that orders are made or explained incorrectly at times. Had this issue been handled with more grace by the employees at your location, you would not be receiving this review. As the manager of a Wentzville business, I would never allow my employees to speak to customers this way! No matter who was in the wrong! OWNERS YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!
