and immediately it smells like strong chemicals, almost like ammonia. it was a pick-up order, so when we were there, they just gave us our food without talking to us. when we came home to eat our food, it was literally unusable because it tasted just like the chemicals that the load smells. this is of improper use of chemicals and can be very dangerous. a restaurant should have certified a personal in food safety. ignorance about the procedures causes health risks for customers.

Eating was good and the one sandwich artist who worked during the lunch hour was efficient, but a person in total for the lunchtime meant that I had to take my back to the office and it was cold while I was meeting in my next. I'm sorry for her and we tipped her well.

Big customer service from one of the girls there. is not important to the customer and instead ignores their requests. Metro has to fix it!
This is the best subway around, never been disappointed here.
I had an online coupon with a code on it. It would not apply to the online order so I called to get the coupon applied onto the bill. I was told the coupon did not work online but it has an online code??? Makes zero sense. But there was a language barrier and then the manager of the store flat out told me Do you want the sandwiches or not? I have other customers to take care of This will be my last time order from Subway ever again.
