We stumbled over the Sunflower Cafe when we were driving around looking at the totems and contemplating somewhere for breakfast. We found the place right across from the museum. It was run by a very pleasant couple and clearly there were some local regulars there. I had a wafflewich with eggs, avacado and salsa which had two very light and fluffy belgian waffles instead of bread. It was delicious. My partner had a large bowl of oatmeal that was well-flavoured and creamy.
