the food serves as a supply system for their hot sauce. I've eaten at over. from Mexican pizzas, not in the position to reimburse only the article, had to replace it with a burrito I didn't want. I ordered 20 fires and 10 mild sauces. received ZERO seeds. I can't call to complain or ask if I can get a bit in person, phone ringing and 90’s fax machine noise. worst fast food delivery experience of my life.

normally, when I order online, other taco bell stalls wait until I arrived to make my food. he decided to do it before I arrived. when I got it, my food was cold and stuck on the packaging. I wanted to call. no answer. will not come to this place again. $10 and my time.

It was okay. I ordered the Chesequesadilla and a burrito melt. To be honest, when eating was made with fresh ingredients and nothing was prepacked, and the burritos and other objects were a little bigger, taco bell would be my favourite place. unfortunately they get what they pay for.

Food has always been good. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast service as usual, but i did not receive all the food items that I had ordered payed for. Although they seemed to be on the ball they F*CKED UP MY ORDER! I usually ignore this but this is the 3rd time in six months they've left out something I've payed for. I will absolutely be going back to this location (Old Hickory Blvd I40)this location is ran well. I've had poor and really slow experiences at other location. This location is better than others. I will most definitely be checking my drive though bag to insure my oder has been filled completely.

Very nice Taco Bell location with some of the best fast food staff I’ve encountered. Also, whoever was the cook today at 4:30 who made my steak quesadilla — it’s the best one I’ve ever had from TB. Keep doin what you’re doin!

Went through late night, ordered the 3 soft taco combo. One taco had only meat and lettuce. All three tacos barely had any meat in them and very little lettuce or cheese.I would never go here again.

Manager was very ride and obviously racist. I will never return to this taco bell. No cheese between the shellson the cheesy gordita crunch and the inside hard shell was completly crushed. He told me and my Co worker that we had to order on the in lobby tablet. A we are trying to navigate it to see the menu another gentleman approached the counter and he immediately comes over and takes his order. After he finished we re approach the counter as we did not have a card to use at the tablet and just wanted to order off the visible menu. A nice lady came over to take our order and he got rude with her telling her we were told to use the tablet. We told her we did not have a card to use and she continued with our order as he huffed and puffed. This man should not be a manager. He is rude and racist against white people. He took two other orders from black customers and told another white couple to use the tablet while we were there eating. Fire this man.
