it is labor day and this tacoglocke is open. I'm going in to make my order, I see three people working. no one said anything at all or recognized me, but I know that they all saw me, I stood there at least 4 or 5 minutes until I finally left out. They stand 5 minutes in rest and it seems forever. how ridiculous.

placed a mobile order and they forget my steak chalupa supreme and made my soft taco superior regularly and drove back just to get my food and I'm sorry that nothing more company says that you doubled I think triple check order, but I think this is no longer a thing

I like this place. While the line is a tad long to time my order is correct and my eating does not fall apart, in contrast to some places where they either hurry or have no idea how to fold and roll a tortilla shell.

Ordered two meals had my wife go get it on her way home second time now crunch wrap had no beef and gave us hard tacos when asked for soft not happy hope they step it up soon

This store is fully committed to the drive thru. The dining room has become a inconventient after thought. If that's the thinking, just close the dining room like the arch place does and do your thing. Much better experience at Northline/Allen in Southgate. They also do mostly Drive thru, but they havent' forgotten the eat in folks like this place seems to have. Just my observation and opinion.

Order from here for delivery five times in the past 2 months. They got my order right twice. Never any sauces. Sometimes they forge the cinnamon twist. Never a problem with the delivery people.H.andicapped and cannot drive.

Don't even bother. Go somewhere else. Didn't get my chips and cheese. Did get any of of the additions I made to my order. Placed online order and added steak and sauce to my burrito, also asked for grilled and a didn't get any of the 3 requests. Also asked for Diablo and fire sauce on the app. Only got mild sauce randomly.....What a joke of a taco bell.
