I recently went with my best-free she got the beef tacos, I got the steak cheese and rice brarito. she shared with her 13 month old son, and both received food poison from there! it is 2 days later and still sick!

I have specifically asked for absolutely no acid cream and they not only put S.Cream on my nachos they extra added. once I noticed that I brought it to a worker and she got a job to do it now. I said if it were done right, the first time they don't have to do it again. on my way back to my seat I heard that the young lady says someone else to do it because she does not want to deal with this man again! so much I would like to say that I will not return to this particular place, I know that tb corp. is actually no matter.

the worst tacoglock of all time. management and employees are not good. if an order is wrong, they do not want to replace it. they will hang you up when you call and want to replace them. I was hanged at least 9 times by the hired. I was told that I called back Monday when the general manager was there. I just wanted my order to be replaced for what I ordered. the ppl, the work there is terrible

Drive thru after midnight with the munchies. Cameron D refused to give me extra cream in my large mango whip freeze because there is no button for it. So, I refused to get that drink, Then, I don 't want it, I said. I would 've tipped nicely too for the huge inconvenience she made it out to be. Instead it was a stare down at the second window as I paid then waited for my meal then asked for my receipt which she also made a big deal of getting for me. Taco Bell. I am so grateful for you to stay up late for me to drive-thru with my late night munchie cravings, but can you please hire people with service attitudes in their hearts. The last thing i wanted this night was to be robbed of the satisfaction of an extra creamy freeze drink but congratulations Cameron D with you 're holier than thou attitude I pray you sack or be sacked Beach

Incapable of completing an order correctly, everytime I order boxed meals they are incorrect, and or significantly smaller portions missing meat all together on tacos, I rarely recieve my queserito they give me a beefy 5 layer instead and my family spends $35 minimum each visit. Highly recommend gringos or abys instead!

I was there yesterday at lunchtime, there was a line wrapped all the way around the building, inside there was at least 5 people waiting for food. Immediately when I ordered they said a 15 minute wait because they were training someone. There was 6 people on the pack line 3 on the window all of them just standing there. I myself work fast food and understand busy, but this was ridiculous no one was doing anything but complaining about how busy it was. The inside of the store was dirty and the employees were rude. My suggestion is fire the whole crew start over and properly train your employees. There is no reason to wait 15 minutes for boil in bag food.

Always have a long wait on Friday and Saturday nights in the drive thru. 45 to 60 mins. Food is always hot,tasty, and accurate. Staff has a friendly attitude.Food: 5/5
