for the family dinner on the way home they ordered chickenquasadillas and burritos. picked up by the drive thru and open to house. Ta-da! Food was not what I ordered. I ruined the dinner. I tried to complain, but the phone didn't answer. I've traveled 20 minutes back to return the food and get a refund. the manager and the staff were nice and friendly, helped me get the refund.

love to get the doritos locos tacos! please don't let her go! they are in the regular fast with the commands. the personal in this taco bell tends to get the order right. I never had a problem with this place in person.
update april 2022: last night my wife and I have ordered from here (over eat) and probably had the worst experience ever. we are not sure whether it was an accident or the workers thought it would be funny because we had ordered a lot of hot sauce packages (we would like to get extra because they rarely include more in our order), but the ground beef had been mixed with a huge amount of spicy. a friend ate a bit before we realized and they were all at night with terrible heartburn and stomach pain. all the others had heartburn, cumsy lips and tongues with burning sensations from the little one they ate. it was a terrible unpleasant evening. This morning we stood up and still had pains on our back of the seasons. who does that? I hope it was an accident, because if it is a stroke, I am sure that a lawyer will be the best headline.
I misunderstood my command. (cheesy gordita crunch combo) they gave me 3 tacos. they asked for a correction and gave me what they see on the photo. we had already driven off and then found out that 1 of the 3 tacos had the soße that comes on the cheesy gordita crunch lol. who is cooking and appetizer does not seem to care (Saturday3/26 at 15 o'clock.
Every time my family gets food here ... which is rare because it's wrong every time now. Missing food, pay extra for different type of meat on belle grande got literally like 2 to 3 pcs of steak, and just overall waste of money. Half cup of cheese, literally 80 percent tortilla on the 5 layer burrito, quesadilla not cut. Last two trips missing food. Too far to drive to go back. CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Pictures don't even do justice.
Even if you order the wrong thing, you'll still eat it and love it. But when they make the wrong order 75% of the time, I give bad stars. Plus don't use the App to order ahead, they ignore those I think; I could have placed and received my order a dozen times in the drive thru before they even saw my order.Nevermind, they forgot the sauce this time... No stars. Not coming back.
Food was actually the best that I have ever had from this location. The drive through was long and sort of slow though.
2 stars since workers in the drive thru seem nice. But this is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area. Every time I go here I am rudely reminded that the food quality at this location is just terrible. Like what is up with the lack of lettuce in…everything. And crunch wrap supreme was a floppy mess, distribution of fillings in tacos is just way off. Cheeses Gordita Crunch (pictured) had probably half the amount of fillings as the location near Costco a few minutes away. Leaving this review to hopefully help remind me to never come to this location again.
