the worst place, waited 45 minutes to get 1 taco and kartoffel. ends up leaving space without order like 10 other people who have waited 1 hour for an order.

system is always down when the clock hits 10pm. what is the point of being open late in the night? Equip the same, only take cash or the system is down. tag for day. this place should be shut off.
! the! worst if I could give them zero stars, I would be because their customer service just trash. an online order before I left the work for my lunch break came in taco bell and no one helped me like 7mins, finally was in the position to say one of the employees, I received an online order, waited 10mins, told another worker about my order, and then it took them to make another 10-15mins only/give. they even almost forgot my drinks, I had to get it myself when the order was already placed?! I worked at a taco bell with fewer employees and we were faster and more attentive to our customers. each employee has expected me at least once at the front counter, but no one asked if I have helped or what order I will wait for when they have already distributed 7 commands inside. straight handsh! they have luck that they are the only taco bell close, if they were not taco bell, they could also have gone out of business as sch*tty is their service. I've been rehearsing. Oh yes, I ordered 3 box combos, but they packed everything in a bag with my nacho fries all on the head and distributed everywhere in the bag!
the taco bell is in order, occasionally they get their order wrong, but overall this is an ok taco bell. in the soft potato tacos were like once in stones.
I got one quesadilla and burrito the two thing are burned and I noticed that they were burned until I got home very bad service from the night cooks
Cinnamon twist were made, but there wasn't any cinnamon/sugar on them.. half the job was done, but couldn't finish the last part.. I know it was busy, but could of tried to get a little on there for some flavor.
The crunchy tacos were great! My burritos was good, but contained too much liquid. The frozen icy drink hit the spot, especially since it was a really warm day. (Frozen Drink put me over my normal under $10 expense).
The staff is always friendly and my order is always correct. If I do ever have an issue the manager goes above and beyond to fix it. The el pollo place up the street should take a page or two (or three) out of their book. This is how a fast food place should operate.
