Taco Del Mar Mill Creek

Quality of food is always great. The only time I'm always dissatisfied when I come to any taco del mar is when the Burrito wrap is bad. Lately I was in this place, it was very well packed. You also added a meat substitute that's better than I thought it was.

We wandered here in the middle of a snowstorm and were looking for a Taco repair. When we arrived, it was closed, although it was half an hour after the opening. However, as we wanted, the owner moves up and apologizes for a delay. He lives in Redmond, and he made it. He invited us in to warm up because he wasn't ready for another half hour. But we still have tacos and burritos and it made our snow day the better

Food is consistently good. The sections are smaller here than other Taco Del Mars in Everett and Burlington. We still enjoyed each other.

We have been coming to this Taco del Mar for years. For some reason, in the last year, there has been a ton of inconsistency with the food, and it has not just been this local TdM (the one in downtown Everett has had similar issues). They changed the chicken several times. Once it was like precooked chicken breast strips like you might get in from the grocery store mixed in with their regular shredded chicken. Recently, it was like they redid the whole spice blend and the chicken tasted extremely tomato-y, like chili or even bolognese sauce. I couldn't finish my burrito bowl it was so weird. I really wish they would just go back to the previous chicken mix. It was awesome and had great flavor. As far as food is concerned, I'd give this a 1 or 2 star rating, depending on which version of chicken they're using this week. It's all over the place, unfortunately. As far as service, there are two folks who have worked at this location for years and they are the nicest, friendliest people. The cleanliness at this location is way better than other fast food joints in the area. I would absolutely give the service 5 stars.

It's usually really good but this time not so much. The ground beef was really dry and the spices tasted much different than usual and not in a good way. I have eaten here and other taco del mar locations frequently. The taste is consistent with this time being the exception. Hopefully this was a one time thing.

Messes up to go orders. Always check before leaving

Ordered black beans, chicken, cheese, pico de Gallo, and hot green sauce. There was no taste, cold, and the worst food I have eaten, completely lacked flavor. Came home ate a bite, heated up and took another bite and then threw it in the garbage. I ordered at the end of the night, and if there is food it should be the same quality as if it's the first food out. But it wasn't.
