we love this place! eating is fantastic and authentic tacos, as we know and love in mexiko! they are on small, soft flour tortillas. we especially like the pfarrer, carnitas and lengua tacos! the staff is very friendly and efficient. they also have a little market selling Mexican food and that is where we get our doses from fetched jalapenos!
I had lunch here when I stopped a day in waynesboro while I walked the appalachian trail. I honestly believe it wasn't just the wandering starving, but that was the best veggie burrito I've ever had! so tasteful and fillable. everything was so delicious, the service was great, and the place has a really good mood. it is a restaurant and convenience store with two billard tables. I'd like to come back and shoot a pool.

Grew up near the border in Southern Cal and this is the only truly great Mexican food we have found out in Virginia. Amazing flavors, generous portions of meat, and great customer service. Skip the door dash and order direct to support the true gem of a restaurant here in Waynesboro.
So, I ordered the chicken fajitas and it was plenty for two people, if the two don't eat a lot. This Mexican restaurant is located in a humble part of Waynesboro VA. The chips are not the usual chips I am used to. The tortillas are not the usual either. The chicken was cooked just right for me, plenty of vegetables onions, green peppers and tomatoes) and good flavor. Nothing awesome, just normal Mexican food on a basic style. The staff is good, friendly and good atmosphere. The food came quickly before 10 minutes, which was great.I hope I helped you to know a little about this restaurant.
The food was just ok. The beans and rice looked and tasted old, and they did not have combo plates or lunch menu. Also, no enchiladas! Loud music was too much, that almost made me leave. The service was great tho, the server was very patient and answered all of my questions.
The real deal! Authentic food at great prices. Food arrives hot and quick employees are super nice. You will not leave hungry.
