Cosy place to visit with children. My children love to get there.

Such a charming place! It's a tiny place covered with cookies. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They offered samples of their usual cookies that were all delicious. This cookie shop was not designed to fill their cookies with sweets or extras, as some cookie shops do, this place is all about the cookie itself. You can absolutely say that the dough is handmade and fresh, and not frozen. That, and they were baked with a perfectly good center and crisp edges, as a cookie should be. This place was great.

Tucked away in Historic Downtown Bowling Green Ohio is The Cookie Jar. A tiny vintage building just down the street from the Wood County Court House. This micro Bakery in a visual and taste delight. The seating area is adorned in vintage ceramic cookie jars. The counter area is a converted house shutter. And a large chalk board Cover with the daily cookie menu. Puzzles, childrens book and college newspaper for seating entertainment makes this visit a unique and interesting stop. Now for the tasteful part, i stopped in on Super bowl sunday so I Indulged in a superbowl cookie. They have a cookie of the day as well as a standard cookie menu.

What Tha Heck!!!!!!! This place and the cookie jars and oh WHERE do I begin about the authenticity of these cookies. They literally taste like cookies if u know how to cook that are home made. All I have to say is oatmeal with butterscotch made me want to keep asking Is this real, this cannot be real!!! I do not understand how more people donnt know about The Cookie Jar! Never would I have thunk these two ingredients would marry so well!!! Amazing that's all I have to say.
