The sign said best burgers and deadwood, and based on what I ate, I have no reason to doubt their claim. I had the Ultimate Bacon Burger. It was 1/2 pounds of jokes. My wife has the gourmet mac n cheese. She thought it was excellent, but it was quite expensive considering what it is. The children's dishes were very cheap. It had a beautiful, eclectic atmosphere. I would have got 5 stars, but the service was incredibly slow. I guess they're under servants considering that the help is signed in the window. I recommend this place if you're not in a hurry.

I'd give Eaglev Bar and Steakhouse 7 stars if I could. The owners were both there. The waiter Joseph is the best waiter I ever had. He owned his own local restaurant and was recruited by the owners. The Pommes Frites were above all the Mayonnaise sauce excellent. They only carry a few wines and we drank a bottle of their Lodi, California Zinfidel Wine and took one from Australia to go. Joseph makes a special 100 proof mysteries. My wife drank two double shots. I had to order one for me! We're here for two more nights and we have to come back.

Just now cards call this place fine food while it is definitely not. That's a bar. That said the food is very good. The burgers are huge and have a full bar. There is a gift shop connected with many dead wood gifts.

If you're hungry, this is a place to be. The interiors could be improved. I don't if it a Deadwood thing, but service can take while.

Great Burgers, Steak was really good. Blueberry BBQ pulled pork and mac and cheese were fantastic. As well the fried green beans were awesome. Kim was an awesome waitress would definitely recommend.

Definitely worth the stop, one place you can take kids. My parents celebrated their 27th wedding anniversary wanting to cut cost being a group of 17 we decided we would only eat out once on our 4 day vacay. With the help of Kim the Eagle Bar and steakhouse did not disappoint. We stopped in on Sunday Labor Day weekend. Our waiter Kim was amazing, fast, super friendly and entertaining! The burgers were good, the fried green beans were amazing!! My husband hates green beans but said he’d eat those any day. Tasted like they used fresh out of the garden green beans. the Long Island iced teas were strong. Really only down side was we had the tables with benches and they was uncomfortable but we also traveled 10hrs. My father wanted to speak to the manger to praise Kim but he was out. So if you see this, Kim was awesome and definitely made our dinner worth it.
