The Garden A Mediterranean

From the beginning, the staff was wonderful. The ambience is great and the food is so delicious. The food took awhile so prepared to wait, but every bit worth waiting! They took care of our culinary experience and reviewed with us often to ensure that we had everything we needed. If I could give them higher stars, I would. I can't wait to go back.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Scranton. Shows the best Mediterranean food you can find in the area. Staff and owners are so friendly and really just want to make sure you enjoy the food and have a good experience. I ordered takeout and every time the meals were absolutely delicious. The gyro plate, hummus and falafel flatbread are some favs!! Do not skip on Dessert either - their baklava is great.

Unassuming exterior with nicely done restaurant. Quaint place with friendly staff, family owned and good food with quick service. I had the lamb sausage (all food is halal), finished it off with ghirardelli dark chocolate and nutella baklava (not overly sweet) and Turkish tea... tea was a bit diluted but had good traditional taste. I had to add salt to the food but I def like my salt... I will def be back.

The decor is lovely, the staff is friendly and welcoming and helpful. The food is fantastic! I highly recommend the Mezze platter for sharing. The pita, grape leaves, and tabouleh were some of the best I've ever had. The kibbe and kebabs were also delicious!

They were at the LA Festa Italiano Festival and we had falafel. They were excellent! We would absolutely go back to try a few more things on their menu!

Absolutely love this place. We all know Scranton is severely lacking in cultural culinary diversity, but The Garden comes running to the rescue. The hummus and rice bowls are out of this world. Please take a break from eating pizza, burgers, and wing bites and come visit The Garden for some real food!! Your stomach will thank you. Try the Turkish hummus!
