I have never had such a good panini. They also have baked goods and the pavlovas are superb! Funky atmosphere, friendly owners and wonderful food make this place a must-go!

This was our first time going to the hot wire and it was absolutely amazing, huge servings, good prices and great flavour, the service was also excellent. We will definitely be back here in the future.
The amazing husband and wife duo at Hot Wire Panini make you feel like you are having lunch with family. The pain is are INCREDIBLE! So much flavour. Chef a Jamie makes his own bread and everything. What a gem of a restaurant. It's too bad more people don't know about it because it is Amazing!
My employer brought in Panini's & Pasta Salad on Tuesday November 15th. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of Salmon and flavour for the Stockholm. You won't be hungry afterwards. I was also gifted the "Montreal" which was exceptional. Forgot to take picture as I was too eager to start! I have exceptionally high standards for a pasta salad and this one was just average.
The service was quick. You can see your food being prepared and i like that. The place was neat and clean. i checked out the restroom and it was very clean. The food portions were right on. You pay a bit more but you get great fresh food. Great place to visit
