The Knife

I love the food. The real reason I write this review is actually because of our waitress ANGIE.... She was AMAZING! Seriously, I never had a waiter so professional, informative and only the BEST waiter I had in my whole life. She did our night! We were in very high-end restaurants, but only served by Angie definitely makes us want back as once a week if we could!. Thank you. Angie, I wish more waiters were as amazing as you.

Great service, our guy Bruno paid attention to every detail, dirty dishes, water wine, coffee, deserts to check. The people in the bbq very friendly and ready to satisfy what as much as you wanted your meat. The salad bar offers a wide range of salads made from tuna, potatoes, shrimp or yourself, with fresh and tasty options. Deserts OMG You can choose from a la carte selection we choose 4 different and all were delicious. Price, simply amazing for all you can eat meat, salad bar, drink and dessert included. Besides, the place is beautiful, large and clean. Enough parking also for your comfort. We are definitely fans of this place.

What can I say about the Knife.... especially it brings memories of my past with the children before LuLu, so now that we enjoy with Luciana, it is great... the Ceviche with everything I added was so good I want to go for them every day (baaalliiing)!

Jose the manager is the best!!! We love coming here and although we come every once in a while we are always treated like regulars. Tonight was no different!! We called to see if we would have enough time to dine in as we 'd be arriving extremely close to closing time and the server recommended their take out service. We arrived within 15 mins to close and realized this was going to be the perfect solution for our lack of time management..lol. Being the first time doing take out at this self serve style restaurant Jose the manager noticed our lack of experience and helped guide us with prices and selection. It was a team effort between the servers, the grill-man, and the quarterback of this amazing team, Jose, the manager. We will recomend and continue to return as every experience has always been great.
