I grew up near this place. a couple of years back it changed owners and names. the new owners are not welcome, the staff is incredibly slow, and the prices are very expensive. you better skip it. there are many places around it that can offer limited vegan options (i.e. Italian restaurant pasta with red sauce,) but the personal is pleasant.

everything has either meat or milk in it. Actually, I don't trust this place. food quality seems low
They offer a vegan sandwich and a really delicious bean burger, but they use the same place on the grill and the same spatulas to flip it that they use for meat. You don't seem to understand why this is a problem. I was hit with an empty star. Plus, super slow as others mentioned. Salad bar (they make it with your choices) a good bet.

I need to eat medically gluten-free and the staff here does not only make it easy, but also really delicious. The gluten-free roll used for their sandwiches is the best thing I had. I love the way the soups are labeled. Thanks for all the trouble. It's really appreciated.
The Food Center was a regular stop when I worked in downtown. The Market Place is my regular meeting place for a break to take friends or meet customers for coffee. And her meat counter is the first rate! I'll go if I need something special.
Service and food excellent! An employee behind deli friendly professional large service. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. He can remember ordered 2 Sante Fe to go. He commented 2. I joked with him saying he did it wrong it was 4 . Great guy. Next time I get a name. Love the market!
Best place for lunch, great location directly on the green, and the best cookies we've ever had!
