The Reserve Steakhouse Harrah's Joliet

we eat several times in this restaurant. this past visit was disappointing. the steaks were not prepared as ordered and tasted not as good as in previous experiences. the kartoffels were different, the wobbly soup did not come with melted cheese, the loaded kartoffels came with cheese or acid cream. the waitress mentioned that the chef left after 16 years and showed it.

the steak my man and my son had was terrible. I couldn't eat it. it was the special one.

we had a great time to eat in the reserve! eating was amazing, as well as the service. we will definitely eat here again if we are in the opposite.

Excellent service, great waitress (Laurie), who made excellent recommendations from the menu. The walleye was extremely good and the ribeye steak and mashed potatoes were delicious. Highly recommend The Reserve at Harrah’s Joliet. It never disappoints Us.

We went for my sister's birthday and we had a wonderful experience. Our waitress Tracy was so nice. She was helpful in recommendations and we were not disappointed. We both had the prime rib and it was cook perfect and very tender. My niece had the Rib Eye and it to was delicious. The butter potatoes are great. Be sure to try the lobster bisque. Prices are reasonable and portions are big.
