if you are looking for a stiff drink and something to eat, this is your place. If you are looking for super friendly service, skip it. that is a no-frills dipping.
is this place small? yes. a dive? yes. full of local escape? quite a lot. eat well? holy hell. I was here a few times and had others dinge.
My group of five all loved their surf turf specials. Other times we've gotten burgers are really enjoyed them, too. Beer is cold. Our server, Jocelyn, was a sweetheart and took great care of us. Please note that this is a CASH ONLY restaurant (they have an ATM machine).
