the first time to eat here, but often. not the most pleasant area to the eye, but simple access and parking. the first teepot was not as hot as it should be, but delicious. all foods were excellent tasting, but again temperature in some of the items could have been hotter. all in all a good sound and will try again to try more dishes, including the pho that is a lunch favorite.

eating is authentic as the cook and the staff. we had two large pho bowls and they were excellent. fresh ingredients. good menu selection. the broth in the pho was amazing. we wanted a cold beer, but they are in the process of licensing. we noticed that many walks and for a Sunday meal it was busy. visually eating is appealing. we're coming back. Question. we are food. that was a light dinner after a theatre show in vancouver. I found it on open table app. would drive for this.

My daughter and I found this gem. Excellent food, clean and comfortable for casual family dining. Flavourful Vietnamese dishes delicious!

Food was great and prices were reasonable! They have a lovely spicy beef broth option along with regular beef broth and vegetable. I loved the spicy beef broth. My mom had the lemongrass chicken and it was better than the other local places. They used chicken breast and it was tender and juicy, not dry like at many restaurants. Overall it was a great experience! I highly recommend it!
