Vitality Bowls Castro Valley

The company itself is great, most times the food is too. The Castro Valley location however has a tendency to carelessly mess up my very simple order or give me something completely different than what I ordered. The potato's in my steak and potato bowl were cold and soggy wet, my additional items were forgotten. Ultimately, Very disappointing for $30 spent. Will have to drive to Fremont for better service.

The app and payment process is terrible online. If my daughter didn't want your açaí bowl so badly I would have gone somewhere else. Please fix it. Your competitors make it so easy to buy online. Product and in-store service is great. Online is really bad.

I want to give a huge shoutout to their manager (I believe she 's the manager)My boyfriend and I ordered 2 bowls and one was off. When I called she immediately apologized, tried giving me options (literally all options she could have offered), and was the absolute sweetest! No matter my snippy attitude, she was super kind and supportive.She fixed bowl! This is our go to fix for a cleansing kinda day. Always fresh, always yummy!

This place is so disgusting, the owner and her son are racists. They use cheap food and overcharge, everything tastes absolutely disgusting. The kids working there are all in high school, makes sense thats the only people they can hire. I saw a rat running across the floor and I’ve seen the manager spit in the food when he didn't like the costumer. Go to Vitality Bowls Castro Valley at your own discretion.

Still one of my favorite places that has many healthy food options. Ive tried a whole bunch of items and never leave. disappointed. The place is very clean and IAlways experience great customer service, and it's easy to find parking.

This place is over priced for their products, and unaffordable to have regularly that's for sure! Especially these days... disappointed they took the breakfast smoothie off the menu recently, and when I've gone in there was no one there to greet you in the front of the business, which is odd, but anyways, I would hope they can make there food more affordable or offer specials for lunch breakfast or dinner.

We ordered a smoothie and a bowl. I got the Temptation. You can't really taste the chocolate that's in there, the mixture is kinda bland. But I ordered bee pollen on the top. They took 15 minutes to take our offer, which made me late for an appt. So I ran out the door with the bag. When I was able to open the bag and get my drink out there was no bee pollen. When you come in, you come in to no one at the counter, so you wait around until someone comes out too. The area was clean and had no garbage.
