Literally waited for them to clean three tables for over 30 minutes, but apparently it takes four employees to run a grill. they must work on their customer service skills.

eating was very good and cooked as I had asked. the server seemed to be in training. she was pleasant and very courteous, but she did not come back to check with us, we had to get her attention for any what we needed to get her attention for a coffee refill. she will probably be good when she gets experience. the place was clean and tidy and it is the first waffle house in which I was ever, was a pleasant temperature and not cold! There was a small mixup on my order, and the staff was very understanding and willing to remake it for me. Very friendly and wonderful staff. Food was fresh and hot.
Waitress was very friendly and up beat. It was only her and the cook and she still had a smile on her face as it was getting crowded
We had the very best server. He was awesome. His name was Marshall. Truly outstanding, so nice, responsible, friendly. We could not have asked for any better service. It was clean and the food was delicious. Not one complaint. Every company needs employees like Marshall. He was so good to everyone that walked through that door.
Bacon was burned to a crisp on all plates when we asked them to make more it came back raw... The hash browns were burnt and undercooked at the same time. The Scrambled eggs were NOT scrambled. The chili was old and when asked for more we were told there wasn 't any. Also found hair in one of the plates. The waitress got an attitude when we complained about all of the above.We found out the actual cook and manager wasn 't even there! They had to call in a cook and manager from a different location. The manager from the other location apologized and fixed the bill for us.The only good thing about this experience was the drinks and waffles.
