All-vegan menu and not your usual vegan fare. Every item is clearly marked whether it 's free of—or contains—gluten, soy, or nuts, and the server was knowledgeable and sensitive to other dietary restrictions, including my own preference for dishes made without coconut or coconut oil. My eggplant and mixed mushroom ragout with a crispy-fried block of polenta, pickled fennel, black garlic balsamic, and parmesan was spectacular, a subtle combination of sweet and umami, creamy and crispy, that I 've never experienced before. My other half thoroughly enjoyed the oyster mushroom po ' boy. For dessert we shared one serving of strawberry shortcake cheesecake, which was a delicious, not-too-sweet, part chewy and part light and creamy creation plenty generous enough to satisfy both of us.

First, the server may not mention to you that they do the 20% included thing at this location. I found this shady as we ended up tipping 20% twice since he just took the card without showing me the bill, ran it on his tablet, and flipped the tip screen around to me like it was expected of me to tip. As for the place itself, I found is pretty underwhelming, along with the other veg places owned by this group. Friend and I collectively ordered the tofu buffalo sandwich (1 star tbh), loaded ruffle fries (2 stars), mac n cheese (2 stars), lavender lemonade (5 stars tbh), and the gnocchi (5 stars tbh). The desserts here are all made by make believe bakery down the road, which is also find mostly underwhelming.

One of my favorite places in Denver, they’re fully vegan and allergen friendly (my partner cannot have gluten) The staff are super nice and accommodating
