Wendy's

This Wendy must either be under new management or property. This restaurant has been well managed with friendly service and has warm quality food. The location is great for us, just around the corner from home. In the last 4 years we have usually ordered about twice a week food from this Wendy. The drive-through service has become terrible with employees who are slow, untrained and tend to be rude. Lately, the service was consistently bad with a kind of problem every visit! Either they didn't understand our order, something went out of our order, and our food was lukewarm or should have been thrown away. Today the manager was so rude and discouraged to my wife, and I will never be back to this Wendy? Looks like we have to go to McDonald, that's the same distance from our house.

Only one in this restaurant, and they burned the bacon so badly, I'm pretty sure he carved my tooth. Terrible! How are you all still open? You try to get rid of the old bacon by asking you if you want a baconator out of the gate. What a joke

Clean and fast. Chicken sandwich with bright salad stem garnish overcooked. Social compensation in the dining room.

Worst Wendy?s I have ever been to!! The food was cold fries taste like they were from yesterday. Drive-through service was horrible very rude people! Never again will I be back to this Wendys

It?s too bad, but this is the worst managed Wendy?s I?ve ever experienced. And it?s consistently bad. The location is great for us and so we?ll try them every six months or so with the hope they?ve done something to improve. Burgers are dry, today my burger was completely soaked in mustard, so I guess it couldn?t be called ?dry?. But there was so much mustard that it poured out as I removed the foil to uncover the sandwich. Fries are always room temperature and soggy. Whoever owns this location must be happy with the revenue as the quality just doesn?t change. Don?t eat here, who knows what other issues exist in the kitchen that we don?t see?

This Wendy?s is terrible. End of story. Go for breakfast, order my meals, get asked medium or large, and say medium for both. Total bill is $15. I thought that was kinda high but whatever. Pull up, can you pull up for five minutes the chicken is cooking. Comes back five minutes later and says it was a miscommunication and they thought I got sausage. Check the receipt and they gave us larges and that?s why the bill was so high. Lesson learned. Gave too stars just cause I haven?t eaten the meal yet and it might be decent enough to warrant a star.

I haven't been to this one in ages because they were so miserable. They must have changed management, because everything was good. If you have stayed away as well, give them another try. Always support good management!
