Wendy's

since I checked an almost food restaurant, it's been a long time ago. I ordered a bacon bourbon cheeseburger from this wendy’s on Thursday 02/24/2022 at 2300 hours. After we had spent $19.00, we went to the house and found the bourbon burger to have no speck, no crispy wobble and had a piece of meat with a little bourbon sauce. fries were also cold. we took the burger back and drove back through the drive-thru at 2320. the driving, both women, were rude with almost ZERO communication. I told them through the loudspeaker about the burger and she told me to just move into the window. without talking to me, I saw the workers laughing. I was waved into the second window where they laughed further. the window opened and a female worker gave me a bag with probably another burger than he was replaced. After they gave me the bag, they close the window. there was no communication with me. no talking, no excuse. only the list of the absolutely terrible customer service and the lack of coworker label that had these people. you seemed to be a manager. I will not go back to this wendy’s and I would not recommend anyone else in the opposite to eat there. go to an adjacent wendy’s and avoid the elm grove store to cost to all. this is not my first negative experience, but this is one that asked me to write a review and contact wendys as a result.

it never stops surpriseing me how someone can take a simple sandwich and can ruin it completely with spicy. I asked for 3 crispy chicken sandwiches and all 3 had mayo and salat on them. what do I miss? I have worked at mcdonald’s, arby’s Chick-fil-A, and I have never seen a restaurant that makes her orders consistently wrong. every time I come here, you'll ruin my order. I did this job. I know it's not that hard

eating was good, but very busy they had problems

If zero stars were a choice, I would choose it. If you want your Frostyccino without the Frosty, come on down to Wendy’s in Elm Grove where you have to say extra sauce just to get a singular packet! Here at Wendy’s in Elm Grove, we make sure you have to fish your fries out of your bag to be able to enjoy the salt covered starch sticks. But don’t worry because you can quench the thirst from the salt with our large ice with soft drinks starting at the low price of just $1! We can’t wait to see you there!

Very friendly staff members .location is perfect and very easy excess from highway. I'd love to stop by again whenever travel back again.

I went down to Wendy’s in Elm Grove and ordered 2 6 piece nuggets I asked for and read on the screen 4 sweet and sour sauce, also asked for one packet of salt. I got only 2 sweet and sour sauces no salt. Guess I won’t be going there again

I asked for lots of ketchup and mustard with my fries, they gave us none. Salad was a joke, it was a little lettuce with our chicken. They gave us a small fry when I wanted a large.There was a giant line, so we felt bad making people wait for us to check things. Won't make that mistake again
