since I checked an almost food restaurant, it's been a long time ago. I ordered a bacon bourbon cheeseburger from this wendy’s on Thursday 02/24/2022 at 2300 hours. After we had spent $19.00, we went to the house and found the bourbon burger to have no speck, no crispy wobble and had a piece of meat with a little bourbon sauce. fries were also cold. we took the burger back and drove back through the drive-thru at 2320. the driving, both women, were rude with almost ZERO communication. I told them through the loudspeaker about the burger and she told me to just move into the window. without talking to me, I saw the workers laughing. I was waved into the second window where they laughed further. the window opened and a female worker gave me a bag with probably another burger than he was replaced. After they gave me the bag, they close the window. there was no communication with me. no talking, no excuse. only the list of the absolutely terrible customer service and the lack of coworker label that had these people. you seemed to be a manager. I will not go back to this wendy’s and I would not recommend anyone else in the opposite to eat there. go to an adjacent wendy’s and avoid the elm grove store to cost to all. this is not my first negative experience, but this is one that asked me to write a review and contact wendys as a result.
