Best experience I ever had while the door dashing! Arayvia was an absolute pleasure incredibly friendly. It is very clear that she is a natural leader, as she has taken responsibility to manage all things that ran smoothly. She even stayed longer than planned to let things run smoothly. Arayvia definitely went beyond that, provided the best customer service I saw in a LONG time!

David the manager greeted me with a smile and was very professional seeming to love his job. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. The food was so delicious my family and I will definitely go back. There was breakfast sandwiches the best we ever tasted.
I don't know who was on the staff this morning, but her guys KILLED me and my wife bfast, the potatoes were super fresh, the sandwich, breakfast baconator, had soft bread, but not gummy, delicate bacon not double cooked or soggy, and her biscuit was soft and tasty, and the Gravy was creamy not too thick. Man thank you guys, we had no good breakfast in Cape since Kovid
Handed false burgers, the doors were locked due to lack of staff, so I went between cars to repair my burger because the line was very long. The manager was sweet, how could know exactly what happened apologise... She didn't give me the burger who was already done that just happened to sit there. She made me a completely new one! This is customer service!
Can 't use the app after 4 pm, although app WILL still let you order and take your money. For some reason it even charged me a service fee of almost $2 that they will not repay even though to get your food you ordered through the app you still must pull through the drive thru to get. Absolutely makes NO SENSE! It took me 45 minutes to get our food ordered through the app.

I am an Uber Eats driver. The wait times are always too long. The dining room was closed, as instructed I proceed to drive thru. The managers were rude and slow.
The burger are never hot the meat is just as cold as the toppings and this has been over and over again. This is the only Wendy's in the area. It's a shame cause I really enjoyed eating at Wendy's until now. I won't be going back.
