4 Burgerries, onion rings and sweet tea ordered. Was the worst food I've eaten for a long time! I once loved wasburger, but either they are on the hill or maybe it's just this place! Don't get back!

I'm a Texan thru and thru, so I love my Whataburger, but that's why I don't make any more fast food. The kids who walk here and the Mesquite on the belt line are terrible. Order wrong EVERY time, cold Stale fries, rude at the window, drinks handed over to me with syrup drop. Just rough. These young people do not know how to pay attention to an order and be polite, ruin it for customers on the regular.
This is the one in Mesquite on Galloway, opposite the Potteet High School. This place is clean. The staff is friendly. And the quality is good. I prefer breakfast. It is difficult to make a decision because the variety of menu items and they make breakfast good. Food: 4/5
I visited this place for two different occasions and both times was terrible. Staff do not have customer service skills, order is always wrong, food cold even after demand for fresh food and they are so slow. I'm not sure what has to happen, but I'll never return to this place again.
Outstanding service. I did an online order and it took me a little longer than anticipated to arrive. The cashier made sure that he replaced the original fries with fresh hot French fries without being asked. Thanks for doing it right!
It was 6am, and i had a few extra minutes, so i hit up the drive thru. There was only one car in front of me waiting on one order and drink. I ordered 2 breakfast taquitos.I waited for 13 minutes for a pre made breakfast taco.... I ended up being late.
Not specific to this location, but whataburger in general. Always understaffed, wait times are insane, and food is usually incorrect. Get it together Whataburger, you're making Texas look bad.As far as this location goes, the 1 employee tried his best, but having multiple cars and dine in customers at the same time would be very different.
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I received a sweet and spicy burger. When I restated what I had ordered, I received attitude and no help to fix the situation. They said it would take 8+ minutes in order to get the spicy chicken sandwich.The cars ahead in the drive through also appeared to have problems with their orders as well.I wouldn't recommend the drive through based on how you exit it.. there's no way for a car to move out of the way so other cars can easily get through if they have to wait longer for their food.
