This is the worse place to eat customer service. Long story short... I placed my order for 12 of the 1921 sliders. I stood next to the counter and waited for my food for 30 minutes for my order. My friend and I were the only 2 customers in the restaurant to eat inside. When I finally got my order, there was no excuse because no one had made my order. This store has to let someone come from the company and move these employees through the customer service. I had to give this place a star because I first post it. I refuse to come back to this place.

For the woman who runs through today and on the window you are amazing. My food and drink was ready when I came into the window, you had a smile on your face, happy and helpful I hope you have a wonderful day and you did a great work my sandwiches were awesome I love white castles!
There are no White Castles where we live in Colorado. We usually buy frozen in grocery store. I think the frozen are just as good as the restaurant, but my wife insists that the restaurant is better. We both enjoyed the burgers.
The workers were polite, but we waited for 20 minutes when there were only 3 cars in front of us. Not from the fan of the sliders and the chicken rings are okay.
I spent 12 minutes sitting next to the order box. Then I spent 10 more minutes at the window waiting for food. Handed me my drink with no straw. We 're out of straws. No, can 't order onion rings, we 're out of onion rings. Then I realize that the same girl was working the grill, the fryer, taking orders and handing them out! Not worth the time right now!
Slow service, they appear to be understaffed. They ran out of straws and the napkins we asked for looked like they were torn off from a brown paper towel roll. Food was good though!
Late night snack, food was hot and almost accurate forgot cheese sauce but they were busy all well, gentlemen taking orders was awesome asked for offersxno else has at any other locations of options it was great. We will b back soon!!!
On May 31, 2022. I went thru the drive thru and waited 45 minutes and didn't get my food. I decided to go inside hoping I could get it faster but they were in no hurry even with other customers either. On the inside one person's order was wrong and the other had been waiting only for 2 burgers. After exchanging a few words I asked for my money back. The person in charge said I hadn't waited that long and basically called me a liar. I asked him for his name and he refused to give it and another rude guy told me HIS name was Phyllis. He shouldn't be put in this position especially I'd he's teaching this young people a proper work ethic. Very rude.
