Food was not hot, inside had about 4 leaks in the roof coming into the dinning room seating area. Don't be careful and evil. The owner should check more to create a better management plan and take care of the building.

Food is always good. The staff is always polite. It usually takes a little longer to get your food, but this is because it is only made for you, not pulled out of a warming container....... Loves the chicken with cheese slides....
Friendly, but slooow.. The Soda machine was 50% out!? Look at pictures.
Despite the reputation some give, the food is pretty good. Some surprises on the menu are fish nuggets and chicken rings. The only brand was the dining area was not completely clean. Otherwise it was very pleasant.
So, this store is understaffed and the staff that they have is substandard by a lot. I realize this is fast food and the wages are low. But you should at least speak up when taking orders. You should fill order correctly when you fill it. This has been going on at this location for about six months to a year. I realize Covid is a thing, but other establishments are back to normal or better. I will give this store one more time and if the service doesn't improve I will never return to this establishment.
Place was short-staffed, so service was slow (which is fairly typical anyway), and prices are high (as always). Those things said, there is never a question that White Castle is UNDENIABLY the best of the fast food restaurants, by a long shot, hence the 4-star rating despite the slower-than-normal service and high prices. Rock on, White Castle! And do us all a favor and lower your prices!
It took 25 minutes to get the food. My impossible sliders were cook on the grill that was not clean off so I had pieces of hamburger and onion that were burned on my sliders. Not good. The restaurant was not very clean inside to sit either and the kitchen was a mess. The employees were talking and horsing around. I will not go there again.
The food was awesome! And the worker TJ was so kind!
