I wonder how I didn't know all year round. I saw it in Instagram and today I ordered to take kababab. The smell and taste, the softness of beef and chicken shish and the cubideh, and the correct amount of marinade, everything was so nostalgic, a true Persian style kabob. The cook is a long time persian restaurant owner. The place for Din-in is not luxury, it is also old fashion Tehran Bazar style, a real dining place, not stupid.

This place has the best kabob in town! We had a great order for a party and the quality and taste was absolutely amazing! The Lule Cabob was exceptional and not chew as everywhere else.

I drive all the way from East LA for these kabobs! I call it in ahead of time and pick up my order within 30 mins. The staff/owners are amazing! They make me very feel welcomed! Now… regarding the food… wow! 5 stars! Fresh and made to order. It does take time to cook and get your order and thats why I call it in. BUT… perfection takes time and this is what it is… PERFECTION! OH! And prices are more than fair!
Great family restaurant, can tell a lot of love went into making this place. Very friendly service and huge portions. Will definitely try this place again.
