Wingstop

I personally love this wing attack! the food is always hot and fresh and the staff are attentive and friendly. I see a lot of reviews criticism of waiting time and I understand it is sometimes long, but I think you forget Wingstop is not fast food. It is a restaurant on request so they can not cook your 100 pieces wings in 5 minutes Lol. the place is great, will definitely come back!

The time is 7:44 on Monday, 2 January 2023. I myself and the ten other customers in the business are shocked and outraged on Hareem the performance of the manager during the duty. Upon entering the shop we were immediately greeted with There is a one-hour wait. We refused to take any more orders unless it's a phone or call. When we informed him that we placed a mobile order, he went away and went back. Then he returned and began to love the beverage machine while he neglected to even ask our name to check the status of our order. He told every patron who came after us until ten of us stood and waited to be helped. Another manager (a very nice Hispanic woman I think she said Emily or Emilia) came out from fulfilling orders in the back and helped everyone in front. Hareem, the manager continues to step back and forth and asks customers to leave due to his frustration. Wingstop is not an institution that I can imagine seeing such unprofessional behavior.

Rebecca was amazing that the store was super busy, but was able to get around all (also me during the lunch break) definitely a great location just wishing that it was bigger!

Just picked up a phone order and it was incorrect. Not all of it but enough to be upsetting. Ordered boneless and got bone in. Asked for voodoo fries. Got regular asked for honey BBQ sauce and got hot honey BBQ. My kid doesn't eat spicy chicken. Now I have to cook something when I thought I could just hit that easy button and go home. Why offer options if you won't or don't provide them.

Very slow service, cashier gave attitude when asked about my order, and it took over an hour for my order to be ready. They had a full crew too. Will never oder from this store and is the worst service I've had at a Wingstop! The manager needs to actually hire people that will work and not screw around upsetting the customers!

I always crave wingstop, I don’t know what happened with the business but EVERY time I go there the wings are undercooked, fries are cold or under seasoned/undercooked even though the order just came out.. I drive 20 minutes to round rock just to avoid going to this one. Just want wingstop to taste good again.

I have not had the greatest experience with this location… they got new managers so I thought I’d try it again and this passed week I had the best wings I’ve ever had from here!! They were meaty, fresh and tasted amazing!! I want more!!
