I have tried to support this business.. no salat for blts. understandable with mängeln zu this time. 2. visit. the young galga work did not give our riders our order and never got our drinks. when we left, I went quietly to the counter (owners had just walked in), is asked to only have our drinks to go. it was very obvious that she was not satisfied with the employee. 3. visit, had to ask for drinks again and was not given a side that should have come with the meal. the 4th attempt wanted to order something before the work...and went to the website and continued to order what was listed. tacos then kartoffel salad for the work. the time it showed was 45 minutes after I had to go for work, so I called to cancel. they said they only do tacos on Tuesday. the male hired called the owner (heared him to speak with her) and a refund was allegedly given. I waited a few days and the refund was not shown. she was in contact with her, waited for two weeks because she thinks my bank needs to show longer. - No, she would have reimbursed a second time. I was told to call doordash, didn't think that was me who needed it, but after a few days I called. they saw the order, although it was a pickup, but delivery and they never returned. if that was my business, I would find out where my money went when it was refunded and the customer never recovered. the owner seemed to be irritated at the first employee during a visit and was very apologetic, but we all lost respect from her because the LAST-Ordeal went. She always told me what they want. she must understand that her customers also work hard for her money and she has lost 7 other people because of this work.
