Worst experience. My online order said my order was complete, but I never got my 2 pizza wings and soda, so I called her shop and explained it to manager Aj, to whom he replied they never had my apartment number so they did not deliver and they claimed they called me but never. I had an account with this business for over 5 years and never had a problem because my address is stored, after the explanation that Aj also replied by saying he would just cancel my order and that the computer had a mistake and that he did not send a job without a matching number that is until I explained how long ive was ordered with this store. He then asked if I wanted my food that he knew it was for my children, why would you ask such a question that I would not have ordered if I didn't want the pizza? My or was sold around 939, the driver left the store at 917 and my ordered came around 1020 after I called and complained, and the manager aj decided to send the same pizza from the original order to 0907pm .i can say because the pizzas and wing box had not had the sticker, it usually comes with show which time and my home address was, and also both my pizza should be dark and dry when it should not be. I will not eat these pizzas or wings for fear of food poisoning or manipulation of my food by the manager aj. I'm not gonna call again to complain about the expired pizza without any indication of when it was made. I just lost 35 dollars my kids are sad, but I will stay with pizza hut after this terrible experience with aj and drivers. Gwen hopes that they will reprint and improve these stores.
