The worse culinary experience I had in a very, very long time. Several errors during this visit. 1. Order water with lemon and bring it without lemon. 2. Ordnete a pitcher of margaritas (more like a pitcher of ice) and brought no cups to pour it (expects about 5 minutes for the cups we demanded). 3. Asked about the lemons (again) and was brought limes. 4. Put the cheese on our table and acted as if we ordered it (what we do not) and told her to take it away. 5. Ordnete Parillias fajitas and was brought texanos fajitas (short 2 meats and instead of taking away it brought the chorizo and carnitas in a bowl, about 5 minutes later, which had not the same taste profile as it was not mixed with the plate) 6. Did not bring the pages with the Fajitas until 5 minutes later. 7. Asked for the exam and was checked another table. At this point I take the check forward to talk to the manager. Started by talking to the manager that I don't want a discount or something free, I just want to communicate my terrible experience, gives me a six dollar discount, the only reason why the server got a $11 tip on a $49 bill (what gave a $5 tip to not punish the bar call on the pitcher, but also the $6 discount back through the top). Once again, you don't want anything free or discount, I'm stubborn as that plus I want you to know what I'm saying is real. Not only someone tries to get something for nothing. Every time we leave the mistakes on the server that they would leave, and then a few minutes walk back at our table to bring something to other tables, but not what we waited for. I typed this same server $10 on a $17 bill the previous weekend (which was our first time in this place, usually go to the Murfreesboro or Hermitage location, but after this experience in Mt. Juliet, I don't know if I want to do business with them at all). Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.
