Blue on Water RestaurantI visited Blue on my birthday and was treated to one of the finest meals I've had in years. It's rare for an entire meal to be excellent, but this was!The appetizers (Scallops, arancini, beet and arugula salad) were all exceptional thoughtfully plated, sumptuous and a perfect balance of flavours.The mains (duck, chicken and salmon) were also delicious: seared or crusted on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Accompanying seasonal veg were also toothsome and simply prepared.Desserts (gluten free almond cake and a chocolate entremet) were to die for and I don't even eat dessert usually.
