0 Degree Middletown

Used at least 2 to 3 times a month. But every time I come, it takes an hour to order, even if it's just a few customers. The ice cream and the boba are not worth waiting, I would recommend going to another place! At this point not sure who you refer to! Since I didn't order 6 ice creams. I order two things online! When I came to the store 30 minutes later, when it should be done, it was not done yet! Then it took 30 minutes. I think you should stop responding to reviews when you say here that things are not true if you were not even there and take actions. P.S. I want to post it!

we waited 10 minutes for the theke and the three small groups of people before us who were there before we came to all the left. we went too. there was a worker standing in the back area, who completely ignored all on the counter, regardless of whether they only filled up to rubbing orders or did nothing, it was the worst customer service I've seen for a long time. we've been there before and it's never been like that.

If you want to wait for ice over 45 minutes, this is your place. Several people behind the counter, but only one works Thai ice. If you get a milkshake, no problem just wait 5 minutes because you cut the line. The ice is delicious, but the service is not. Even if you pick up an anger from the ground and continue to serve with the same gloves.... especially sure that this is not sanitary.

My wife and I saw 0degree online and thought it would be fun to try. We ordered and shared the Rece's Blast. They had pre-made versions but it's fun watching them make it. We topped our ice cream with M&Ms and peanut butter cups. It was very good and we enjoyed it. I thought it was on the expensive side at about $10 but if you split it with someone it isn't bad. The only thing that bothered me was that if you pay with credit card you get charged 3% more than if you pay with cash. So, if you don't have cash you get charged 3% more. You see this more and more these days and I personally don't like it. Raise the price if you have to but don't make your customer feel as though they are getting ripped off. There is also a law that regulates this sort of thing. It also stipulates exactly what a business is supposed to do if they choose to charge extra. wiggin.com/publication/c…

It is honestly shocking that this has 4 stars. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. I have never been treated so poorly at an establishment. After ordering here numerous times and waiting 20+ minutes (when there were no other customers) my finace and I decided to give it one last chance as we enjoy the dairy free options. We saw that there were 3 people working so there was no reason to wait a long time. Well, I was wrong. After waiting 30 minutes and seeing other customers that ordered after us leave, we asked where our order was and was met with the response that no one started it. We politely asked for a refund and then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for a manager to approve it via phone call. It was at this point that I had never been treated so rudely, as the employee CLAPPED her hands in my face saying I was rude for asking for a refund and that 30 minutes was not a long wait. Only order from here if you have 3 hours of time to waste. I will never step foot in there again and advise that you do not either.

I have been here a few times before, the service has always been good and the product is always good. However tonight we waited 30 minutes for 2 boba teas, and we missed our reservations. When we asked for just a refund so we could leave, we were told that they would have to call the boss and it would take less time to just get the teas…this was not the case as we waited another 8 minutes. Really disappointed in the bad customer service skills in handling this and the excessive wait for TEA.

Worst place to get ice ice cream from The one girl who works there not very friendly but one of the girls way too expensive ice cream ain't that good The only cool part is a little gimmick of how they make it but that's only worth seeing once and don't ever order cuz you'll never get your ice cream or it'll take hours
