Applebee's Grill

the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. our meals were bigger than we expected and the waitress was very warm to our children. applebee has improved since we went to one last time.

that was delicious. service very slow. new server not to learn.

last week we have ordered ourselves through doordash and they have forgotten one of my pages, which was not too big as it is the first thing that happened. doordash pick-up today and she gave us not only the wrong spiced wings they did not give us our fries for the burger. I have looked at my acknowledgement and made sure that I am not the one who accidentally messed up by the wrong taste direction or says no to the fries, but no, the mistake is at the end. love this place, but if I always miss things from my order, I will not want to order from here anymore.

If it weren’t for an issue with the server, the experience at this Applebee’s would’ve been a 5 out of 5. Our server brought our dessert AND the check BEFORE my partner and I had even finished our entree. I took a picture because I’ve never experienced this before. Our dessert had ice cream and a hot brownie, which meant the ice cream began melting while we were still finishing our main course. And then having the check at the table when dessert arrives doesn’t quite make you feel welcomed. More so like we are being expected to leave soon. How disappointing for our Massachussets visit. Everything else like the food, prices and atmosphere were good at this restaurant. I hope all guests can be treated fairly and consistently.

My daughter loves Applebee's so I am sometimes forced to eat here. I cannot remember a time when I was not disappointed eating here. I love Applebee's too. But this location is simply not good. The waitstaff, you can clearly tell, are simply waiting out their shifts. The food is almost never fully cooked or brought to you warm. The drinks are weak and poorly presented. We eat there often and it's always the same. 2 star for me.

Better experience at a fast food restaurant. Out of all the tables in the place. We get sat right next to the bathrooms. When you get your food from here. Make sure you check it. Disgusting.

The Mash potatoes had a slightly sour taste. Broccoli was way salty. Steak was over cooked but tasty. I sent the steak back because it was over cook. It came back cooked just right but bland of flavor. The potatoes were prepackaged so all they had to for was heat and serve. They still taste somewhat sour. They used to be better than that
